Hats and scarves

I made this set for my niece's birthday in January. It's made with Stylecraft chunky brushstrokes and a 4mm hook. It took about an hour and a half to make the hat, the pompom was the longest to make! When she opened it, she said, "Ooooo I love it." Gave me such a warm feeling inside!

I made this one for me. The scarf is more of a wrap for over the shoulders. I am not sure what the wool was because I haven't kept a label. I used a 5mm hook for this one though.
