Sonic the hedgehog sweater

I made this for my son in 2002 - age 7/8. Mum found it in her loft whilst having a clear out. I kept the pattern from Candis magazine.

Another Yoke Sweater

I adapted this poncho pattern for the yoke. Used body size from a previous yoke sweater with 20sts less for the body. 4mm needles, 400g Robin dk in limegreen/rust/stone twist and small amounts of dk yarns in dark brown, cream, beige and khaki.

Yoke Sweater

One for my son. I adapted the pattern to make the body straight and not shaped. I have to alter length of body and sleeves on most patterns for him because he's 6ft 4". 4mm needles, Robin dk 400g main colour - stone and small amounts of dk for pattern beige, khaki, rust and lime green/rust/stone twist.

Neck warmer shawlette

Found the pattern on pinterest. Used 3mm hook and 3ply cone yarn for this one. Took about 8 hours to make.

Angela Cardigan

400g Sirdar Click, heather mix. 4mm needles. Making the sleeves with the open work on double ended needles was awkward so was glad when I completed those. Pattern.

Zip Jacket

Another one for my Mum. 5mm needles, 750g Robin Aran with wool and oddments of other colours. Not keen on using zips, but practice makes perfect! Pattern

Cardi for a friend

Made this for my mate earlier in the year. 6mm needles, 200g ankhara mohair blend yarn. Made the sleeves longer than the pattern stated. I felt really moved by how delighted and appreciative she was when I gave it to her.
